Court Sense

Privacy & Terms

Court Sense is in private beta. Plain-English summary of how we handle your data.

What we store

When you create a profile we store what you enter: your name, graduation year, gender, UTR and ranking info, state, academics (GPA and test scores), household income bracket, your division and school preferences, and the programs you track and emails you draft. If you connect Gmail, we store an access token used only to detect coach replies.

How we use it

Only to build your recruiting matches and help you organize outreach. Household income is used solely to estimate net cost for you. We never sell your data, never share it with colleges or coaches, and never send emails on your behalf — all coach emails open in your own mail app for you to send yourself.

Who can see it

Your data is private to your account. It's used to serve your logged-in session and isn't visible to other users. We use Clerk for sign-in and store data with our hosting providers; we don't publish or index anything you enter.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account and everything tied to it at any time from your account page. Deletion is immediate and removes your profile, matches, drafted emails, and outreach history. It can't be undone.

A note for parents

Many of our users are high-school students. We collect only what's needed to compute honest recruiting matches, and you can delete it all in one click. Questions or a deletion request? Email valortennis@gmail.com.

This is a beta product and this summary may change. Continued use means you're okay with how your data is handled as described here.
